Kegnado™ was spawned from a laboratory need to stir emulsions, suspensions, and other separable aqueous mixtures in a light, maneuverable vessel. Cornelius kegs are common, durable, capable of withstanding pressure, and made out of widely corrosion-resistant materials. They are available in sizes from 2 to 30 gallons. The genius breakthrough of Kegnado was designing the removable stirring shaft, seals, and bearings as a cartridge so the keg lid could be removed and replaced normally. Then, the shaft can either be reinserted in the next vessel, or easily cleaned and sanitized. Amazingly, this had never been done. 

Our original intention was to introduce Kegnado as a lab device. As you'll see if you click over to Kegnado.com, the beverage service industry found us and quickly rushed the doors. This brought a whole new level of design improvement needs for food-grade, unattended operation in condensing environments with near continuous operating conditions. All things that are also useful in the lab and industry world. 

After almost three years of continuous research and development, we now know why it hadn't been done before! Our engineering team persevered, and we are proud to offer the most rugged, versatile, chemical resistant and durable keg stirring device on the planet. 

You know you've got something right when it's so easy to use that a novice can have it operational in 2 minutes or less without instructions. Of course, we have instructions, but we don't think you'll need them. We're excited to be able to be a part of your research, lab, or manufacturing process improvement.
